Laser Film

Caseys' Laser Film is a high quality polyester designed for you, the screen printer, to make inexpensive positives directly from your laser printer or copier. Screenprinters use Laser Film when they need to tile large areas which require the physical strength of polyester. Pad Printers use Laser Film to create crisp clear images. This is an inexpensive alternative to using a camera. Caseys' Laser Film is dimensionally stable and translucent to ultra violet (UV) light. The dimensional stability provides exact color separations for screenprinting.

Laser Film is more expensive.

Caseys' Laser Film appears opaque to visible light, but it is transparent to Ultra Violet light which screen printers use to burn screens. For a darker image from your laser printer, try using our fixative spray Caseys' Ultra Black.
